Thank you for shopping with ThreadMyLine. We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags still attached
  • In original packaging

The following items are not eligible for return: sale/clearance items, accessories (hats, socks, jewellery), and any items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Email us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new one.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
